The Historic Inns of Annapolis is a unique set of three buildings located in downtown Annapolis. Our Inns are dated back to the 1700's, each with their own character and charm. All buildings are within a three-minute walk along cobblestone streets in the historic district, surrounded by quaint shops and restaurants. Due to the individuality of our Inns we cannot guarantee the location of guest rooms. Room and building assignments will be provided upon arrival.
Check-in is at 3pm at the Governor Calvert House, located at 58 State Circle. Guests will be staying either at the Governor Calvert House, the Robert Johnson House (two blocks away, still located on State Circle) or the Maryland Inn (one block away from the Robert Johnson House, on the Corner of Main Street and Church Circle.)
Parking
For overnight guests driving to the Historic Inns they offer valet parking for $18 a day/night which includes unlimited in/out privileges. This service is for overnight guests only and day arrivals for meetings or social events are not eligible for valet parking. Hillman garage is located two blocks from Historic Inns and offers a rate of $1.25/hour or $10.00 for 24 hours but offers no in/out privileges.
Upon arriving at the Governor Calvert House park your car right in front of the hotel. This area is specifically designated a loading zone for the Historic Inns, so you may park in comfort knowing our valet staff will take great care of your car. If a valet person is not outside awaiting your arrival, please bring your keys to the front desk where a valet will then take your keys and valet park your car for you.
Upon check-in the front desk will explain which building you will be staying in and the exact location of it. If you will be staying in a building other than the Governor Calvert House we offer a complimentary shuttle (though usually not necessary due to the short distance) to the building you will be staying in. This complimentary shuttle is, also, offered to destinations within a 5-mile radius of the Historic Inns.
Checkout time is 12:00 noon and, also, located at the Governor Calvert House.
